The American Hospital Association has extended the deadline for hospitals to submit Medicare RAC data for its RACTrac survey to Oct. 21, according to an AHA News Now report.
The AHA's RACTrac survey measures the impact of the Medicare RAC program on hospitals. Its second quarter survey showed that $226 million in denied claims have been reported since the first quarter of 2010.
