The hospitals and health systems include:

• Catholic Health Partners (Cincinnati, Ohio) — $273.6 million
• BayCare Health System (Clearwater, Fla.) — $188.6 million
• Orlando (Fla.) Health — $184.9 million
• University Hospitals (Cleveland) — $182.4 million
• Carolinas HealthCare System (Charlotte, N.C.) — $155.1 million
• Vidant Health (Greenville, N.C.) — $150.5 million
• Sentara Healthcare (Norfolk, Va.) — $148.7 million
• University of Pennsylvania Health System (Philadelphia) — $137 million
• Altru Health System (Grand Forks, N.D.) — $112.4 million
• Trinity Health System (Novi, Mich.) — $101.9 million
