The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has launched an online library of healthcare providers' success stories addressing healthcare quality and equality issues.
The library, called "Promising Practices," includes free short summaries of RWJF-funded interventions for patient safety; staff satisfaction and retention; emergency department operations; readmissions and care transitions; disparities; and patient satisfaction and engagement.
RWJF released the library as part of its Care About Your Care month-long initiative that focuses on improving care transitions, reducing avoidable hospital readmissions and improving overall quality of care.
