St. Louis, Mo.-based Dover Health is expanding into the Chicagoland area with the acquisition of Joliet, Ill.-based Centered Care Hospice and Palliative Care, and Cornerstone Home Health.
The acquisition will expand Dover's hospice and home health programs to nine more counties in Illinois, more than doubling its current service area, according to a June 6 company news release shared with Becker's.
Dover is also investing in more technology to improve documentation, collaboration across disciplines and access to supportive tools.
