Gilead Sciences will lose its longtime CFO Robin Washington in March 2020, according to Endpoints News.
Ms. Washington will continue to serve as Gilead's CFO and executive vice president while the company works to find her replacement. If a replacement is found before March 1, 2020, she will serve as an adviser until the company is done reporting 2019 financial results.
Ms. Washington will join the long list of leadership departures from Gilead. The company also saw its CEO John Milligan, Chairman John Martin, R&D chief Norbert Bischofberger, CMO Andrew Cheng and Allesandro Riva, MD, its executive vice president of oncology, exit the company.
Alphabet, Google's parent company, also announced that Ms. Washington will join its board of directors.
