Capital Rx hired Lloyd Fiorini, who previously worked at CVS, Walgreens and OptumRx, to serve as its chief compliance officer, the pharmacy benefit manager said Nov. 29.
Before joining New York City-based pharmacy benefit manager Capital Rx, Mr. Fiorini worked at CVS Health as vice president and senior legal counsel, Walgreens as vice president of healthcare legal and UnitedHealth Group's OptumRx as deputy general counsel.
"Capital Rx is showing the way forward on making drug pricing and delivery more transparent, equitable and focused on patients," he said in a statement. "The Capital Rx team is exceptional, and I look forward to working with them to build on their success in serving customers and driving change in healthcare."
