Good Neighbor Pharmacy was the highest-ranked brick-and-mortar drugstore pharmacy chain in the U.S. in terms of customer satisfaction, according to consumer insight firm J.D. Power's annual pharmacy satisfaction survey.
The J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Pharmacy Study, released Aug. 20, measures satisfaction of more than 12,000 customers who filled a prescription in the three-month window prior to the survey period of May to June.
To determine its rankings for both brick-and-mortar and mail-order pharmacies, J.D. Power uses an index score comprised of metrics related to customer service, cost, billing and payment services, among others.
