4 to 6 hours — 15.3 percent
6 to 10 hours — 8.0 percent
10 to 14 hours — 1.5 percent
14 to 24 hours — 0.9 percent
24 hours or more — 0.5 percent
No response — 2. 8 percent
The time a patient spent waiting to see physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner:
Fewer than 15 minutes — 25.1 percent
15 to 59 minutes — 41.5 percent
1 to 2 hours — 14.5 percent
2 to 3 hours —14.5 percent
3 to 4 hours —1.9 percent
4 to 6 hours — 1.3 percent
6 hours or more — 0.7 percent
Not applicable — 3.0 percent
No response — 7.0 percent
