A car crashed into Washington, Pa.-based Neighborhood Health Center on June 6, killing a female employee, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Kimberly Dollard was working on the first floor of the outpatient clinic in the registration office when a red Jeep Liberty with West Virginia plates drove down a hill and crashed into the side of the building. The Washington County coroner's office said she was pronounced dead on the scene.

A patient being registered in the clinic was injured during the crash. The patient was flown to a hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment, according to the report.
