Laura Fejerman, PhD, has been appointed associate director of the office of community outreach and engagement at UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center in Sacramento, Calif.
Dr. Fejerman plans to focus on improving health equity in the facility's service area, according to a Nov. 30 release by the cancer center.
Dr. Fejerman will step into her role July 1. She succeeds Moon Chen.
