These four oncologists joined new practices or received new appointments over the last few months.

1. Anne Chiang, MD, PhD, associate professor of medicine at Yale School of Medicine, chief integration officer at Yale Cancer Center and deputy chief medical officer of Smilow Cancer Network at Yale New Haven (Conn.), has been named executive officer of the Southwest Oncology Group Cancer Research Network. She will oversee clinical trials in lung and breast cancers.
2. In mid-May, Bruce Cheson, MD, an oncologist and hematologist, joined Bethesda, Md.-based Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
3. Rehoboth Beach, Del.-based Beebe Surgical Oncology is welcoming surgeon Jesus Esquivel, MD, to its organization, reports the Coastal Point.
4. Gynecologic oncologist Eleftheria Kalogera, MD, has joined Miami Cancer Institute, a part of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health.
