Cartersville (Ga.) Medical Center has opened its $18 million expanded emergency department, according to a report by The Daily Tribune News.
The expansion includes more trauma, cardiac and pediatric rooms, as well as a new ambulance entrance, x-ray equipment and CT scanner, according to the report.
