A man was found dead in a car at Miami-based Baptist Hospital's parking garage May 20, The Miami Herald reported.
Police are looking into the case as an "unclassified death investigation." It is unclear if foul play was involved, police said.
The man's identity has not been released.
The scene was cleared at about 3 a.m. May 21.
