Mercy Health System in Lake Geneva, Wis., has announced the groundbreaking for a $45 million expansion for its Mercy Walworth Hospital and Medical Center, also in Lake Geneva.
The expansion project, which will triple the size of the hospital, is scheduled for completion in 2013.
It is expected to add about 140,000 square feet to the hospital that will include an ICU, sleep lab and birthing suites, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
