Roanoke, Va.-based Carilion Clinic will sell its Center for Advanced Imaging to Lake Forest, Calif.-based InSight Health Corp., following approval from the Federal Trade Commission, according to a report by the Roanoke Times.

Carilion sold the Center for Surgical Excellence to a group of local physicians who operate Fairlawn Surgery Center in March, according to the report.
Under the proposed agreement, InSight will acquire the imaging center and its equipment. The agreement also includes a provision that guarantees three radiologists will stay with the center, according to the report.
