The University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago is planning an $85 million expansion and renovation project, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report.
The project will include the construction of a two-story addition as well as improvements to the hospital's electrical resources and plumbing.
The University of Illinois has approved the project, and this action authorizes up to $77 million in bonds to finance the project, according to the report.
