St. Bernard Parish Hospital in Louisiana Due to Open in August

St. Bernard Parish Hospital in Chalmette, La., is projected to open in August, according to a Times-Picayune report.

The $90 million, 40-bed hospital and adjacent medical office building was designed to replace Chalmette Medical Center, which was damaged during Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Construction for the St. Bernard Parish facility spanned three years.
