Providence Health Care Breaks Ground on $44M Medical Park in Washington

Providence Health Care in Spokane, Wash., part of Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services, announced the ground breaking of a new $44 million outpatient facility in Spokane Valley, Wash.

Providence Medical Park-Spokane Valley will include a physician office building connected to a building for diagnostic and treatment services. The former building will house offices for primary care and specialty physician services such as oncology and cardiology, as well as a pharmacy and lab. The second building will offer urgent care, imaging services and an outpatient surgery center.

The medical park aims to reduce waiting times for patient care and decrease costs.

The facility is expected to open in the spring of 2014.
