Premier healthcare alliance and Encore Health Resources have partnered to help health systems define the technology requirements, priorities and resources needed to transition to clinically integrated, coordinated delivery systems, according to a news release.
Through the partnership, Premier and Encore will assess health systems' current health information technology systems, data interoperability, clinical quality measure capture and clinician engagement and will create customized HIT implementation road maps for system.
Encore's CoreQUEST solution and CoreGPS data tool will be used to help design the road maps.
