Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J., has received approval by the North Bergen zoning board for its plans to build a $20 million medical office building, according to a North Jersey report.
The building will be approximately 60,800 square feet and will have five floors. The first two floors will be a parking garage followed by three stories of office space for physicians, according to the report.
