Miami Valley Hospital South in Centerville, Ohio, has planned an open house on March 12 to celebrate the opening of its $51 million, five-story, 400,000 square-foot patient tower, according to a Dayton Daily News report.
The expansion doubles the size of Miami Valley South and includes two floors of private patient rooms, adding 48 inpatient-beds dedicated to orthopedic and spine services and medical surgery. The first flower of the tower will house a cafeteria and a 16-bed maternity unit, opening in the summer.
