Memorial Hospital Los Banos (Calif.), a 46-bed hospital part of Sacramento-based Sutter Health, announced it will partner with Galen Inpatient Physicians to improve throughput processes and quality of care in its inpatient department.
Galen Inpatient Physicians is the hospitalist division of CEP America. MHLB already has a partnership with CEP America to help out its emergency department. MHLB and Galen Inpatient Physicians will work together to provide care to "unassigned" patients — those without a primary care physicians — and others.
