A new, expanded distribution agreement between McKesson and Rite-Aid will include both brand-name and generic pharmaceuticals and help establish both organizations as leaders in their field.
Under the new agreement, McKesson will take over sourcing and distributing generic pharmaceuticals for Rite-Aid under the McKesson One Stop Generics program.

Hammergren, chairman and CEO of McKesson Corporation, in a news release. "Rite-Aid has been a valued customer to McKesson for more than 16 years and I am honored at the trust they have placed in us as we expand our partnership."
