Lafayette General Medical Center Breaks Ground on $52.5M Expansion

Lafayette (La.) General Medical Center announced the ground breaking of its $52.5 million expansion and renovation project.

The project includes expanding the emergency department from 31 beds to 45 and adding two trauma rooms. The hospital will also expand its operating room to include 13 rooms.
