Craneware, an automated revenue cycle company, ranked first in KLAS' "Revenue Cycle — Other" market category and the "Revenue Cycle — Chargemaster Management" market category.
KLAS determines its ranking based on customer satisfaction scores and detailed feedback from healthcare providers. Craneware has ranked first in those two categories for six straight years.
