Philadelphia-based Keystone Mercy Health Plan, a Medicaid managed care health plan, and Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, a 95-physician specialty group, have entered into a pay-for-performance agreement to promote quality care and outcomes and improve efficiency of care.
KMHP's physician incentives to CCP will be determined by outcomes in quality and efficiency metrics. KMHP will provide CCP with real-time, actionable information to help the group meet national benchmarks.
