Patients at Community Hospital in New Port Richey, Fla., part of HCA West Florida, will relocate to the new Medical Center of Trinity (Fla.) Feb. 7, according to a hospital news release.
Under the "Patient Move Plan," most of Community Hospital's services, including emergency care, will be transferred to the new hospital. Community Hospital will become the Medical Center of Trinity-West Pasco Campus and will provide behavioral health services and outpatient physical and occupational therapy.
