Auburn (N.Y.) Community Hospital is overhauling its strategic plan, which includes a $95 million renovation to its facilities, according to a report by The Auburn Citizen.
The construction project includes adding a 55-bed acute care facility and an ambulatory services building featuring imaging centers, a pain clinic, radiology services, wound care and primary, secondary and ancillary care, according to the report.
Auburn Community Hospital is the only provider in the county, which offers more opportunities to receive funding, said Scott Berlucchi, president and CEO of Auburn Community Hospital, in the report.
