A man was arrested Thursday after police say he posted a Facebook Live video of himself holding a gun while in Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Police say the video showed 20-year-old Stacey Allison posing with a handgun inside his son's room at Nationwide Children's Hospital, according to 10TV. When police went to the room, they found a loaded handgun covered by a sweatshirt in the child's car seat.
Mr. Allison was arrested and charged with having a weapon under disability. Mr. Allison is prohibited from having a firearm due to a felony burglary conviction in 2016, according to the report.
A hospital spokesperson told 10TV that a hospital security guard is the one who first spotted the video. Nationwide Children's Hospital prohibits all weapons on its property, including firearms.
