A man who formerly worked as a nurse at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, Ill., has been charged with felony aggravated criminal sexual assault and felony criminal sexual abuse, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The charges against David Giurgiu are related to alleged incidents involving two female patients at Glenbrook Hospital. One of the alleged incidents occurred in November 2018 and the other alleged incident took place in August, according to the report.
Officials said Mr. Giurgiu no longer works at Glenbrook Hospital, and the hospital is cooperating with the investigation.
"We do not tolerate any behavior that threatens their safety or well being," the hospital said in a statement to the Chicago Tribune.
