Massachusetts has contracted a publicly-traded technology company to identify fraudulent Medicaid claims before they are paid.
Andover, Mass.-based Dynamics Research Corporation received a one-year, $2.5 million contract to develop predictive models to detect improper payments in real time.
The new capabilities will be integrated with MassHealth's current claims processing system, which reviews claims for the state Medicaid program.
