National accounting firm KPMG is trying to get the court to throw out a lawsuit it is facing, which was filed by Pascagoula, Miss.-based Singing River Health System.

Karo Gotti Blkhoyan, who was convicted for stealing physicians' identities in order to defraud Medicare, was sentenced to 57 months in prison.
4. Notre Dame's contraception challenge to be revisited
