Titusville (Pa.) Area Hospital has eliminated 18 full-time equivalent positions, according to an Erie Times-News report.
Layoffs, retirements and reductions in some employees' hours contributed to the workforce reduction, according to the report.
Hospital officials pointed to reduced inpatient volumes as the reason for the cuts.
