Northfield, Ill.-based Medline, the largest private medical supply manufacturer and distributor in the U.S., landed a $5 million deal with Edinburg, Texas-based DHR Health, the company said in a Nov. 16 news release.
Building on a 2018 acute care distribution partnership, Medline will be consolidating lab supply distribution and increasing the frequency of deliveries to DHR, according to the release.
"Medline continues to make added investment to better serve our customers, specifically in the lab space around refrigeration to consolidate what is currently a fragmented supply chain for our customers," said Marc Phillips, Medline senior vice president of acute care sales.
