Sense Neuro Diagnostics, a startup developing a noninvasive brain scanner to improve outcomes for patients with stroke or brain injuries, is expanding after a partnership with Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, Cincinnati Business Inquirer reported.
The Cincinnati-based startup is opening a location in Phoenix to build upon a "know-how" licensing agreement it signed with Mayo late last year focusing on patients who suffered traumatic brain injuries in combat environments, according to the Jan. 25 story.
Sense Neuro took part in the 2022 cohort of the MedTech Accelerator, a collaboration between Mayo and Tempe-based Arizona State University. The startup was founded by four physicians from the University of Cincinnati.
