Google Cloud is partnering with CareCloud to bring generative artificial intelligence tools to ambulatory practices in outpatient settings.
Smaller practices using CareCloud can use the generative AI tools to assist clinicians with creating a plan of care, prescribing the proper medication, ordering from the lab, diagnosing and recommending procedures based on the patient's history, according to a July 27 CareCloud news release.
The first CareCloud tool with embedded generative AI is expected to be available in the coming months.
"Google Cloud and CareCloud's partnership will extend advanced technologies to a wider array of physicians," CareCloud President and CEO Hadi Chaudhry said in the release. "Generative AI, along with other advanced technologies, has greatly improved data analysis, pattern recognition, and accurate disease diagnoses."
