Orlando (Fla.) Health has delayed planned pay cuts one month, to October, according to an Orlando Sentinel report.
"We had a number of team members that were impacted by the cuts, who approached key executives and discussed what the cut would mean to them and their families. We decided to give them additional time to adjust their household budgets," an Orlando Health spokeswoman told the Orlando Sentinel.
The pay cuts will affect employees who work nights, weekends and holidays. Some employees will see their paychecks cut 20 percent, according to the report.
