Richland, Wash.-based Kadlec Regional Medical Center management and its nurses, represented by the Washington State Nurses Association, have reached a tentative contract agreement, according to a Tri-City Herald report.
Here are three things to know about the agreement.
1. The agreement was reached Jan. 13.
2. Kadlec did not disclose the terms of the new three-year pact, pending ratification by the nurses.
3. The agreement came after the most recent negotiation session. It also came after the nurses in December took an advisory vote on a possible future strike.
