Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health and Southbury, Conn.-based PhysicianOne Urgent Care formed a partnership to expand care services throughout Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
Officials said the goal of the collaboration is to bring together one of the state's leading healthcare systems and a premier provider of urgent care in Connecticut.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
