Phillipsburg, N.J.-based Warren Hospital President and CEO Thomas Litz, as well as other hospital personnel, are expected to keep their positions if the hospital's merger with Bethlehem, Penn.-based St. Luke's Health Network becomes official, according to an Express-Times report.
St. Luke's is also expected to reappoint current Warren Hospital Board of Trustees to the new Warren Hospital board with some powers reserved for the St. Luke's board, the report said.
According to the report, two Warren trustees would also be appointed to the St. Luke's Health Network board, and two St. Luke's board members would be appointed to the Warren Hospital board.
