Charlotte, N.C.-based Vizion Health acquired Miami, Okla.-based Willow Crest Hospital, a 50-bed acute care psychiatric hospital.
Here are three things to know about the transaction.
1. In addition to the hospital, Vizion Health acquired Moccasin Bend Ranch, the hospital's 28-bed residential treatment center.
2. Shari Murphree will serve as the hospital's administrator. She was previously assistant administrator of operations at the hospital.
