Madison, Wis.-based UnityPoint Health-Meriter affiliated with Darlington, Wis.-based Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
As part of the agreement, MHLC will obtain access to UPHM's EHR system and establish educational opportunities and teach best practices to provide patients with better care.
MHLC will retain its original brand name. Officials also said all employees currently employed at the hospital will continue in their positions.
