St. Joseph's Health, a nonprofit system based in Syracuse, N.Y., is now a member of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
As a member of Trinity Health, St. Joseph's will continue to manage and operate its facilities, programs and local patient care.

"We're glad to welcome St. Joseph's to our health system and look forward to all that our work together can accomplish."
St. Joseph's is the third member of Trinity Health's network in New York, joining Catholic Health System in Buffalo and St. Peter's Health Partners in Albany.
