Texas Health Resources in Arlington and Adventist Health System in Altamonte Springs, Fla., have formed a joint venture to own and manage Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Burleson, Texas.
Texas Health and Adventist Health, the parent company of Huguley Memorial, signed a letter of intent earlier this month. Under the agreement, Huguley Memorial will remain a non-profit, faith-based organization, but the medical center is expected to adopt the Texas Health brand over time. The joint venture will be effective May 1.
