St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D., has entered into a management agreement with Linton (N.D.) Hospital, according to a Bismarck Tribune report.
According to the report, ownership will remain with Linton Hospital, but St. Alexius will assist Linton Hospital with CEO placement and physician recruitment. Additional details on the management agreement were not disclosed.
