St. Louis-based SSM Health Care entered into an agreement to acquire Audrain County Health Department's Home Health and Hospice Division.
The home care and hospice employees will move to an office on the campus of Audrain Medical Center in Mexico, Mo., on Oct. 1 and become a part of SSM Health at Home. It will be known as SSM Health at Home — Audrain and its addition will expand SSM Health at Home's total coverage in the Mid-Missouri region to 20 counties.
