Norton Travis, a healthcare attorney with more than 40 years of experience, joined Rivkin Radler, a New York City-based healthcare law firm, as counsel in the firm's Health Services Practice Group.
Mr. Travis began his career by co-founding a health law firm, where he led the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice, before moving into executive leadership positions at various healthcare businesses, according to an Oct. 21 release from Rivkin Radler.
He served as executive vice president and general counsel at the nation's largest oncology practice and CEO of ProHEALTH Dental, a network of dental clinics affiliated with several health systems in New York. Mr. Travis also led the creation and $350 million funding of the New York Proton Center, a consortium of top New York health systems.
