ProMedica Coldwater (Mich.) Regional Hospital has entered into a purchase agreement with an unnamed for-profit buyer, The Daily Reporter reported May 10.
Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica purchased the hospital in 2018. The health system had previously put the hospital on the market and then withdrew it in 2020.
The sale is still subject to regulatory approval. Hospital officials expect the process to take six months.
