Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Ky., and Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Ind., have signed an agreement to explore a potential partnership.
Due to recent approval by both boards to proceed in exploring alignment opportunities, the entities will enter into exclusive discussions to consider options. According to the release, discussions will focus on creating a partnership that expands patients' access to a broader spectrum of care, increases options for physician referrals and promotes collaboration to continually improve clinical outcomes.
