Toledo, Ohio-based Mercy Health and Napoleon, Ohio-based Henry Country Hospital have entered into an affiliation agreement, according Fox 19 Now.
Under the new relationship, HenryCountryHospital will join Mercy's clinically integrated network, which consists of nearly 600 providers. However, HenryCountryHospital will remain independent.
The two healthcare providers are also considering creating a joint medical office building, according to the report.
